1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zenvixs website (zenvixs.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Services

Zenvixs provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce store setup (Shopify, WordPress)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Website maintenance and support
• Landing page design
• Speed optimization

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of order placement will be honored.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods

3.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered based on work completed. No refunds will be provided after project completion and delivery.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Project complexity
• Client responsiveness and content delivery
• Revision requests
• Third-party dependencies

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to meet agreed deadlines.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Delivering content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Ensuring they have rights to all content provided
• Maintaining login credentials securely

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Zenvixs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) used in projects are subject to their respective licenses. Clients are responsible for any licensing fees if applicable.

7. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included depends on the package selected:

• Basic Package: 1 revision round
• Standard Package: 3 revision rounds
• Premium Package: Unlimited revisions during project period

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged separately.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery for bug fixes. Maintenance packages include ongoing support as per the package terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zenvixs shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Third-party service failures
• Issues caused by client modifications to delivered work

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, login credentials, and project details.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client pays for work completed up to termination date
• All completed deliverables are transferred to client
• Any deposits are non-refundable

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
